1. What ATSVerse is
ATSVerse is a free tool for creating resume documents. It runs in your browser and does not require an account. We provide it as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of any resume content you type into the builder. Since that content is stored only in your own browser and never transmitted to us, we have no access to it and make no claim over it.
4. No warranty on outcomes
ATSVerse helps format and structure your resume, and provides an automated readiness score as general guidance. It does not guarantee that any resume will pass a specific employer's Applicant Tracking System, be selected for an interview, or lead to a job offer. Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside this tool's control.
5. No affiliation
ATSVerse is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any employer, recruiting agency, or Applicant Tracking System vendor named or implied on this site.
6. Third-party services and advertising
The site may load third-party resources (such as web fonts) and may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATSVerse and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any impact on your job search or application outcomes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
