ATSVerse is a small independent project, so replies come from a person rather than a support desk — usually within a few working days.
What's most useful to include
If you're reporting something that isn't working, these details let us reproduce it quickly instead of going back and forth:
- •Which page — the builder, a specific template, or one of the guides.
- •Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on a Mac".
- •What you expected vs what happened — a screenshot helps, but please crop out personal details first.
Please don't email us your resume file or its contents. We have no way to open it usefully, and your data is safer staying on your own device.
Answers you can get right now
A few things come up often enough that they're already written down:
- •Privacy Policy — exactly what is and isn't stored, and where.
- •Disclaimer — what the ATS readiness score does and doesn't tell you.
- •About — what the tool is for and how it works technically.
- •Resume guides — formatting, wording and structure questions are usually covered there.
Lost your draft?
Because ATSVerse never uploads anything, we genuinely can't recover a resume for you — there's no copy on our side to restore from. A draft lives only in the browser you wrote it in, so it disappears if you clear site data, use private browsing, or switch to a different browser or device. If a draft matters, use the builder's export option to save a copy of your data as a file you control.
